Mice

Maileg mice are available in a variety of sizes across three generations:

Sizing Hacks

Baby Mouse: Also fits MY sized furniture perfectly, such as the babysitter
Parents and Grandparents: Both are the same height, but Grandpa features a rounder tummy for extra charm. Unlike the other mice, the Grandparents both wear shoes
This bed is an ideal fit for the bigger mice size, such as Dad and Mum: Bed, Mouse - Off White
This is the perfect bed for the smaller mice, such as Little Brother and Sister: Vintage Bed, Mouse - Rose

Rabbits

Maileg certainly keeps us on our toes (or should we say paws?) when it comes to sizing - and their bunnies and rabbits are no exception! In general, 'bunnies' refer to females, and 'rabbits' to males - simple enough, right? However, the MY rabbits break this rule, as they can be either girls or boys.

Oh and remember, Ears up = Rabbit. Ears down = Bunny.

Size 1 and 2 Rabbits (and Bunnies) fit Mini-sized furniture perfectly, such as the Miniature Bed

Bunnies

Sizing Hacks

Micro Bunnies are the same height as Little Sister/Brother mice (11cm), meaning their furniture and accessories are interchangeable

Furniture

In 2023, Maileg introduced furniture labelled as 'Mouse' or 'Baby,' whereas previously, pieces were labelled as 'MY' and 'Micro.'

Here’s a quick guide:

'MY' size furniture: Fits Baby Mice and MY Rabbits.
'Micro' size furniture: Fits Micro Bunnies & Rabbits and Little Brother & Sister Mice.
'Mini' size furniture: Suitable for Size 1 & 2 Bunnies and Rabbits, and Maileg Teddies. Mini furniture is significantly larger than MY and Micro furniture, making it ideal for large dollhouses like Maileg's House of Miniature. However, it’s too large for 1:12 scale dollhouses, such as the Mouse Hole Farmhouse, Maileg Castles, and the IKEA Flisat house.
'Micro' and 'MY' sized furniture: Most 'Micro' and 'MY' sized furniture fits 1:12 scale dollhouses. It also works well with the Mouse Hole Farmhouse, Maileg Castles, and the IKEA Flisat house.
‘Mouse’ size furniture: Perfect for the Mouse Hole Farmhouse and compatible with the House of Miniature.
