10. Pricing and Payment

11. Cancellation by You

11.2. To cancel your Order, you must notify us in writing, including by email. We will refund the cost of the Goods within 14 days of your cancellation.
11.3. The returned Goods must be received by us within 14 days of your cancellation in a condition suitable for resale.

12. Cancellation by Us

Little Wrens Nest has insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered.
Little Wrens Nest does not deliver to your area or country.
One or more of the Goods you ordered were listed with incorrect product information.
13. Disclosure to Government Bodies

14. Liability and Limitation

Little Wrens Nest is not liable for failure or delays in delivering Goods caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or system failures.

This Contract is governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
