Why is the new Maileg collection on pre-order?

Please note that the products on pre-order have not quite made it to us yet but are available to purchase in advance. The new Maileg collections are in high demand, with some items often selling out, therefore we are offering you the option to pre-order the new collection.

When will I receive my pre-ordered Maileg order?

The new Maileg collection arrives with us in batches over a period of months. The estimated delivery date of each pre-order product is detailed on its listing. However, please note this is only an estimated delivery date and is subject to change. The date listed is the date originally quoted to us by Maileg, however it could arrive later, or indeed earlier, than the date listed. Any notice of delays will be updated on our website. When all items in your order are in stock, we will dispatch your order immediately.

What if the items in my pre-order arrive in-stock at different dates to one another?

Stock arrives with us over a period of months. If you place a pre-order, in most cases your whole order will be held back until all items are in stock. In some instances we may make the call to send a group of your items together, followed by the rest of your order later. This will depend on your order size and the time in between the items on your order. For example, if you have several items due to be in stock in March and then several items in June, we may make the call to send your order in two stages. If you would like to guarantee that your order will be dispatched in two or more parcels, in line with the estimated delivery dates of the items in your order, we ask you to please place separate orders.

Can you send items in my order separately?

If you order in-stock items in the same order as pre-order items, your whole order will be held back and dispatched when all pre-order items are in stock. If you’re ordering both in-stock and pre-order products and wish to receive the in-stock items with immediate dispatch, we ask you to please place two separate orders. If you have already placed your order and wish for some of your items to be dispatched, please contact us and we would be happy to arrange this for you. Please note that there will be an additional postage cost.

If you do not wish to pre-order and would like to know when items in the new collection arrive, please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media to receive updates on new arrivals.
