We hope you love your order!

If you’d like to arrange a return, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To do so, please email us at info@littlewrensnest.com - we’re happy to help!

Once your return is requested and approved, you’ll have 7 days to send the item back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

Due to being a small family-run business, we’re unable to refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Return postage must be covered by the customer.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns for the following unless deemed faulty:

  • Sale items

  • Mystery boxes

  • Limited edition collaborations

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
