However, if you would like to organise a refund or exchange, we offer our customers a 14 days return policy from delivery date. In this time, please email us at info@littlewrensnest.com and we would be happy to help.
Due to us being a small family run business, we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds on postage, unless the item is faulty or damaged. The return postage is to be covered by the customer.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on mystery boxes or limited edition collaborations unless faulty.
